Welcome to michellekane.uk. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of my services, products, or programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who I Am

This site and all services are provided by Michelle Kane, a sole trader operating under michellekane.uk in Scotland, UK. You can reach me at michelle@michellekane.uk.

2. What I Offer

I provide coaching and consulting services, digital products, programs, memberships, and live sessions. Some are one-time purchases; others are subscription-based. Unless clearly stated otherwise, all services are delivered via email, Skool, Systeme.io, Zoom, MailerLite, Facebook, YouTube, or Google Drive.

Access to digital content may be instant and is either lifetime or tied to an active subscription.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds are not generally offered. I reserve the right to offer one at my discretion, but this should not be expected. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before purchasing.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. No VAT is currently charged.

If you’re on a payment plan or subscription, access to services will be paused if payment fails or is overdue, and restored once payment is made. No late fees will be applied.

5. User Conduct

My spaces are supportive but firm in boundaries. By participating, you agree to:

No hate speech, bullying, or discrimination
No trauma dumping (aka emotionally offloading inappropriately)
No spamming or unsolicited pitching
No unsolicited advice-giving
Respectful, kind communication at all times

Violation of these rules may result in a warning or, if necessary, immediate removal from services or communities without a refund — especially if the behaviour compromises the safety of others.

6. Technology Use

I use third-party platforms to deliver services and cannot guarantee 100% uptime or error-free access. If you experience technical issues, please email me at michelle@michellekane.uk.

You’re responsible for your own logins, device settings, internet access, and software.

7. Intellectual Property

All content I create — including programs, videos, templates, PDFs, methods, and frameworks — remains my intellectual property. You may not reuse, resell, share, or reproduce any part of my work without my express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Everything I share is intended for education, inspiration, and personal development. I do not provide medical, financial, therapeutic, or legal advice.

By using my services, you agree that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.

9. Privacy & Use of Client Stories

From time to time, I may reference non-identifiable details from my client work to share lessons or promote services. Anything personally identifying or sensitive will only be shared with your express permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unhappy or have a concern, please email me first — I aim to resolve issues fairly and informally where possible.

If a legal resolution is needed, all matters will be governed by Scottish law.

11. Age Restriction

My services are for adults 18+ only.

12. The Legal Bits

These Terms form a binding agreement. I may update them from time to time — check back occasionally if you’re a regular. Continued use means you accept any changes.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest still apply.
